● SMM1st.com may change service prices at any time without notice. The Payment / Refund policy remains constant.

● SMM1st.com does not guarantee delivery time for any service. The starting times written on the services are the closest estimates we have stated.

● For 1 Link, only 1 order can be entered at the same time, when 2 orders are entered at once, there may be missing shipments, SMM1st.com is not responsible.

● SMM1st.com does not accept liability for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any service it offers, in possible cases such as suspension or closure of the account in which the transaction is made.

● Informative messages about our system can be sent to all system members via e-mail and mobile phones, but not very often. By becoming a member of the system, you give us the right to communicate.

● The limit per service is the limit per account. The account that uses a service with a maximum limit of 3k cannot shoot 4k.

● The fees stated against the products are 1,000 (1K) fees.

 

● For SMM1st.com Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or any other Social Media account, it will only be used to help increase "Appearance".

● SMM1st.com does not guarantee new followers and engagement, only the amount received by payment.

● We work to make all bot accounts look real, but we do not guarantee that our accounts will be 100% accounts with profile pictures, bios and posts.

● Responsibility belongs to the member when transactions are made on confidential accounts. Before ordering, please make sure the account is public.

 

● Any incomplete or undelivered order will be refunded to the user's balance to be used on SmmWide.corn - If you wish to close your account we will refund your remaining balance to the online payment gateway that you have used, we do not force you to use up your balance.

● You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a charge back against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or charge back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all of your current and future orders. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients' social media accounts. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to account closure. There are no exceptions.

● This policy covers how your personal information will be used. Your privacy is important to us and every precaution is taken to protect it.

● All information entered into the system is hosted on encrypted and secure servers.

● Your information is never shared with third parties.

● SMM1st.com reserves the right to change the Terms of Service without notice.
